Chavez Offers To Sell At Cut Rate Oil To Poor In US

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez offered Tuesday to sell his country’s oil at cut rate prices to poor people in the U.S. who can’t afford the price of gasoline, the Cable News Network reported.

Chavez, who provided no more details, made the comment in Havana where he is winding up a visit.
