Centrica warns of more price rises

The UK’s largest power supplier has delivered a double blow by warning of higher energy bills and further job cuts over the coming 12 months.

Centrica said its 17 million British Gas customers will have to pay more for their gas and electricity next year, which would be the fourth increase in two years.
