Car-free flat proposals set for go-ahead

A NEW Town housing development that attempts to reduce the need for residents to use their cars is set to get the go-ahead.

Twelve flats are to built in a three-storey development at Broughton Street Lane.

The developer has also agreed to pay money towards providing parking space for City Car Club members.
