BP appeals LNG pier rejection

Energy giant BP on Tuesday filed an appeal of Delaware regulators’ rejection of a $500 million liquefied natural gas terminal in Logan Township.

Crown Landing LLC, a BP subsidiary, is seeking to build the facility on a parcel with access to two pipelines running to New York City and across the Northeast.
