We can, but we will not. We are on an ‘unsinkable ship’ called The Empire. We deny that we are an animal headed for extinction. Some see it but the odds are against being able to survive after it all collapses. The world may be destroyed in the final struggle for resources. Remember, there are still about 20,000 nukes scattered around the world.

Hey BillT, you are totally right! I’m sick and tired of solutions that will never be implemented by rational beings. We are no longer in a rational society ruled by reason. Instead we feed the irrational parts of our personality through consumerism and instant gratification.
The world has been destroyed before and will recover. We will too! But only a few of us.
