India and Iran are likely to finalise a $35-billion agreement entered into earlier this year for supply of five million tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per annum from the energy-rich country.
During his two-day visit here beginning June 11, Indian Petroleum Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar is expected to finalise the sale and purchase agreement for the deal, the semi-official Mehr news agency reported.
