fox news had this young girl on and she was telling people where they should be putting their money. She said real estate is the best place. She said she is finding deals 25% below market price. She also said baby boomers will be retiring soon, and they will be needing a second home, like a resort type house for their vacations. LOL, funniest stuff I have heard in a while.

"I like totally love that outfit!" or "Woah wasn't that a good football game". Or hear about guys boast "I slept with X and blah blah blah" and "I got SOOOOOOOOO drunk last night". This culture has become decadent. The less noise coming from sheeple the better.

Nothing would be better than the noise put out by the sheeple. With nothing it gives you time to contemplate the universe, figure out solutions for problems that are pressing in your life, and simply enjoy the world while there is still green about (green as in plants, not money).

Yah, I've talked with these people. Mindless zombies. They seem to think that beyond any other investment, suburban real estate is a sure thing. Rural land is one thing....but to buy a 1/4 acre of suburban "land" with a mediocre house (a few pieces of wood) for $250,000, the same price you could buy 40 acres of decent farmland.....that's insane. Or how about buying a 20th floor condo in Manhattan for a million dollars.....when you could get a 300 acre farm for the same.....really, some people just don't realize what's around the corner. Probably over 99% of the people have no clue. Or perhaps we're just the crazy ones (as so many people have already told us).
