Where to find old AAPG journals?

Unread postby MichaelF » Mon 04 Jun 2007, 13:18:59

Hello friends,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question in, but it seemed to be the best fit from the selection. I am looking for old American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) journals (the original hard copy version, not the online type) Do any of you know where one can purchase these?

I see that I can buy 20 years worth of journals on eBay, however they would need to be shipped to me for $150 and I would like to avoid the shipping costs. I would prefer to purchase from a source in the Dallas area.

Your advice is appreciated,

Mike

Much thanks to all those who responded via e-mail to my query.
Unfortunately I am unable to easily read literature on the computer
monitor so the online options are not a solution for me. I was,
however, directed to an eBay auction http://cgi.ebay.com/AAPG-
American-Assn-of-Petroleum-Geologists-
Bulletins_W0QQitemZ150128989582QQihZ005QQcategoryZ4259QQssPageNameZWDV
WQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem which has a substantial collection available.
This is what I'm looking for, however $150 for shipping seems a
little steep? I would really like to find such a collection in the
Dallas area so I can pick them up myself.

Again, Thank You for your comments.
