For instance, I find it hard to relate to someone who rationalizes maintaining a career as an airline pilot, a truck driver, or someone who works in the Alberta tar sands. And yet some prominent peakers here do just that. However, on the other side of the spectrum, I don't feel the pressing need to pull my daughter out of public school or quit my programming job w/benefits and start a career as a small scale organic farmer. So there is no unanimity on what constitutes a virtuous life amid the last days of BAU.

But there is no shortage of holier than thou moralizing going on here...



strange you should moralize and then complain about doing it.
