Anyone know why James Kunstler hasn't yet made his weekly post on his Clusterf**k Nation blog?

Are you kidding? Have you seen what passes as Venezuelan Architecture?

Like this photo of a venezuealan suburb below. It's a orgy of civil dysfunction with all the charm of a catholic leper colony. This sad mutualization of sterile brick facade structures but none of the hygiene. A exercise in stupidity that assumes cheap abundant oil will be around to replace the combination of fiberglass and tin roofing. Notice how the powerlines double as clotheslines to hang clothing no doubt was imported from China. Seems obviously to me that Venezuela has the same loose zoning codes as Saratoga Springs.

I thought it was Ruppert that did that.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('PrairieMule', '.')..Saratoga Springs...

But seriously, folks, my wife is from there, and we go back at least once a year. It's a great town, located in a really beautiful area:

No, I've never run into Kunstler.
