What does the CIA think about peak oil?

Most of us reading this site have a fair idea what the USGS and the EIA think about peak oil and future oil supplies - i.e. they just spurt out opiate for the masses, don't worry there will be enough oil for another 50 years.
But what does the CIA know and think? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand peak oil theory so why does the US Government behave as if there is nothing to worry about? I bet the CIA knows full well what is happening. Does anyone agree?

Thanks for the links. I hadn't seen these documents before.
So as I thought the CIA must sure as hell know and the Administration must also know but they are just not going to admit it to Joe Average Citizen.

It would be crucial for them to have knowladge about it, as it is a matter of national security of even greater importance than the FSU was. Executive Orders exist to continue the nation in event of catastophic events such as the downslide of Hubbert's peak, total warfare breaking out, etc. I highly reccomend you read the powers that the federal government actually has given themselves for these eventualities.

EDIT:Check out the google search site:whitehouse.gov "national emergency". It is quite amazing how many "national emergencies" we are now in.
