A rushing stream, the wind through 20 meter Douglas Fir trees, some chickadees and nuthaches at the feeder, and the far off cry of a Pileated Woodpecker.

Listening to obese children who just got out of school babbling about "Star Wars" and looking at idiotic websites with obscene or scatological images and sniggling all the while I sit here looking at PO, Wilderness, Clusterfuck, etc and thinking: "You're ALL gonna be so-o-o-o screwed when TSHTF."
(I don't own a computer; have to impose on friends or hit the library.)

"MoonBabies" by Planet X. Instrumental rock/metal/jazz from another planet. The most impressive album I've heard in quite a while!

I listen to this album and can't help but thinking "after PO it won't be possible for musicians to focus their lives on music and get this good. And there won't be electric guitars either." More grim thoughts :(

Roger Waters- To Kill The Child

"How strange a thing to end a life
How strange a thing to kill a child"

"Hoover, Blaupunkt, Nissan Jeep
Nike, Addidas, Lacoste and cheaper brands
Cadillac, Amtrak, gasoline, diesel
Our standard of living, could this be a reason
That we would choose to kill the child"

This man is very, very angry (he's been so since about 1977, before which he was stoned and melancholy).
There'll be war, there'll be peace
But one day all things shall cease
All the iron turned to rust
All the proud men turned to dust
So all things time will mend
So this song will end

Jordan Maxwell Mysteries of the Mind 19/5/2005

Available here as a 16mb download for anyone else that wants to listen

Currently talking about how in the late 1930s, the British Israel World Federation Movement's Destiny Magazine published articles identifying September 2001 as the target date for beginning their planned global theocratic state -- a "Kingdom of Heaven on Earth."

He was discussing the same when cut off from George Noory on C2C recently

His webpage showing the article
Let us make him who shall nourish and sustain us. What shall we do to be invoked; to be remembered in the earth.
We have tried with our first creatures but we could not make them venerate us.
So let us try to make obedient respectful beings who shall
