Namaste and the Cosmic Egg

Unread postby PenultimateManStanding » Wed 20 Sep 2006, 16:54:43

The Holy Trinity times itself gives NINE

NINE plus THREE, the holy number gives a DOZEN
EGGS are sold by the dozen

The egg is the wellspring of LIFE
The Cosmic Source of LIFE

The anagram of LIFE is FILE
as in single file, oppression, stand in line
DONT ASK QUESTIONS

File is to Life
what the Masculine Priciple is to Life
LIFE the devine FEMININE

3 is the DivinE NUMBER
4 is the number of SATAN
THERE ARE fOUR HORSEMEN
of the Apocalypse
But 3 TIMES 4 is 12, the EGG NUMBER
The Masculine times the Feminine equals the COSMIC

7 is the stoner's number
7 branches to a leaf
7 hits to heaven
7 wins at CRAPS if you roll it first
7 LOSES if you rolled after
MAKING YOUR POINT

And I am MAKING MY POINT
The Cosmic Egg is FRAGILE
CARELESS BAGGERS WILL BREAK THEM
Thus destroying an ENTIRE UNIVERSE
The entire universe emergent beyond the EVENT HORIZON
of the Black Hole that is each COSMIC EGG.

I AM THE EGGMAN
COO COO CA JOO!

I thought this was a pretty good satire of Raph's THC inspired theogony. It's all there: the word play, the arbitrary meanings to simple numbers, the assumption of profound meaning to nonsense. I have to admit, it's fun to write like this. Try it, and don't forget the capitalized words and bold print. BTW, Dystopia, Dat topia, that was my favorite part.

Oh I know. believe me I know. One time I was in college in geology studies on a field trip. I hadn't touched grass for many years as I mentioned. We were in a college van passing over The Panamint Mountains at sunset overlooking Death Valley and a girl brought out a joint. I took a hit and was transfixed by the beauty of it all. It was incomparable and I wouldn't have sensed it if sober. I'm at a loss to know what to say.

Ah... it's so EASY to appreciate nature when I'm stoned.

right, and getting stoned for the first time in years overlooking Death Valley at sunset. . .well, that was memorable. But I do think grass is a risky proposition. A lot of people get stoned and watch TV for years at a time. Work, come home, get stoned, watch TV, eat, sleep, go back to work. That's it.

I will never understand how folks cannot grasp the beauty or complexity of nature and the cosmos without getting stoned.

Believe me I've been there, it's far better when your high is not chemically induced. You just have to be open to the opportunities to enjoy it.

I'll bet the world looks very nice when you see it from the cockpit at 35,000 feet. The patterns of weather, the panorama. And I agree with your thoughts about appreciating beauty without being chemically stoned. I suppose some would say, "but grass is just a plant, not a drug". That's like saying oleander leaves are just a plant.

We've probably all been there, but I think it's much easier to see it when you're not sober. If you get there when you're sober, though, then it's that much cooler.

One of the downsides of smoking pot, and there are plenty of them, is that one can't remember dreams. It's a big blank. One guy I know who has been smoking over thirty years every day says he never dreams. It isn't true, but for some reason, pot cuts the user off from any recall of them. Raph said that once too last year. I think there is a reason for remembering dreams, just as there is for having them. Can any of you daily users say different about this? Maybe it isn't universal, I don't know.

this is true pms and it has to do with the short term memory loss. they are still dreaming they just dont remember them. people will go insane if they dont dream.

funny thing is when your dreaming your pineal gland is releasing dmt, an extremely illegal drug. dreams are therefore nothing more than a psychedelic experience you must go through every night so you dont go insane.

wierd but true.

The best highs for me come after about half-an-hour's exercise. The only bad thing about them is that you don't know when they're coming. And I don't think I would get one after half-an-hour on a treadmill, but I get them on windy days when walking in a beautiful place by myself. So obviously environment has a lot to do with it. I never did smoke pot so I can't compare, but the highs I've had make me feel as if I'm floating a foot off the ground and that I could go higher if I wanted to! They make the rest of the mundane times worth it. And I remember some of my dreams.

L.

Ah ha! Maybe Raph's weird theories that I affectionately satirized here are a way of dreaming while awake to compensate for never remembering the real dreams of sleep.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'A') lot of people get stoned and watch TV for years at a time. Work, come home, get stoned, watch TV, eat, sleep, go back to work. That's it.

Yup I know plenty of em, though I can't understand it myself. I smoke weed everyday and I can't stand sitting around watching tv and doing nothing. When I do that I just fall asleep, gotta be active when I'm stoned otherwise whats the point? However thats definitely not the norm among us potheads. I supppose it runs in the family my dads a bigger weed head than me and I've never seen a more active 45 year old (or crazy )

As for the dreams, i never put it together myself but i'm sure thats true I rarely remember my dreams for more than a minute or 2 after waking up. I've often thought about how strange that is because when I was a kid I always remembered my dreams. It suddenly all makes sense...... almost makes me want to stop smoking but thats probably not going to happen.

Peace
smoke 2 joints in the mornin'/smoke 2 joints at night
smoke 2 joints in the afternoon it makes me feel alright
I smoke 2 joints in time of peace and 2 in time of war
I smoke 2 joints before I smoke 2 joints and then I smoke 2 more - sublime

It's a endorphine release. Same as taking cocaine. Runner's high. I took coke once (hated it) and it was just like the way I felt after running a couple miles. Your mileage may vary.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Raphael', 'P')MS I have smoked pot for nearly 35 years ... it is the poison I have chosen. Does this really bother you?

First, let me say, I don't much care what you smoke. I think morphine ought to be OTC, just on principle.

However,
the pot
does explain
a lot.......
abundance fleeting
men falling like hungry leaves
decay masters all

Hey Matrim. Yes it is nice to remember dreams. Maybe instead of thinking of stop smoking permanently, you could just give it a rest for a week or two now and then. Probably after a couple days you could remember your dreams like when you were a kid. There definately is a connection between smoking grass and not remembering dreams.
