Should we be getting worried about Schweinie?

Hey Jude

Hey Jude don’t make it bad,
Take a sad song and make it better,
Remeber, to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.
Hey Jude don’t be afraid,
You were made to go out and get her,
The minute you let her under your skin,
Then you begin to make it better.
And anytime you feel the pain,
Hey Jude refrain,
Don’t carry the world upon your shoulders.
For well you know that it’s a fool,
Who plays it cool,
By making his world a little colder.
Hey Jude don’t let me down,
You have found her now go and get her,
Remember (Hey Jude) to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.
So let it out and let it in
Hey Jude begin,
You’re waiting for someone to perform with.
And on’t you know that it’s just you.
Hey Jude, you’ll do,
The movement you need is on your shoulder.
Hey Jude, don’t make it bad,
Take a sad song and make it better,
Remember to let her under your skin,
Then you’ll begin to make it better.

I love the Beatles and I love you too schwein.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Laughs_Last', 'W')hen they recorded "Hey Jude", Ringo had left for the toilet. Somehow, they didn't notice his absense, and started without him. He came in after they'd been playing for nearly a minute, and only then started on the drums.
My favorite Beatle story is how they were hold up in the Florida hotel after their Ed Sullivan appearance screwing all the groupies. Interesting picture don't you think? Now, I've got to undo the pig's damage. . . (what a low life)

I have always wondered what people were doing to each other's asses in the 11th century.
They shoved hot irons into pederasts anuses. Perfect contemporary solution to schwein.

I've told you schwein that I love the Beatles. Lord knows why. BTW Hey Jude was about John being a heroin addict.

I'm missing something.

We used to play pool in an upstairs pool hall on an oversized pool table eating coolaid on pickles and sweettarts playing stacks of beatle 45's on the little old record player. It was magic. Baby's In Black, and myriad others. They were able to turn out magic. This whole country was amazed. 1964.

I always thought that Ringo was good, a minority view I guess. Solid beat, no pretentions. Led Zeppelin's Bonham was far more flamboyant, I heard him live. But Ringo was a solid craftsman.

Since my kids got me reinterested and reenjoying the Beatles after not listening to them for about 25 years I've made numerous tapes and mixes of their music. Not one of them had Hey Jude on it. I never cared for it either. But what a monster hit it was on the radio when it came out. You heard it constantly on the radio. Months and months of it. It must have more air time than Stairway to Heaven.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('wikipedia', 'T')his contributed to the hysterical fan reaction at JFK Airport on February 7, 1964. A record-breaking seventy-three million viewers — approximately 40% of the U.S. population at the time — tuned in to the first Sullivan appearance on February 9. During the week of April 4, The Beatles held thetop five places on the Billboard Hot 100 (see The Beatles record sales, worldwide charts), a feat that has never been repeated.
Can you imagine 40% of the entire country watching the same thing at the same time today?

Does the Superbowl ever get 40% of the entire nation watching it? I don't know but I doubt it.

If you think about what happened in Dallas in November 1963, the euphoria of the nations youth a few months later takes on a new light. Damn that was depressing. I think even the 'Greatest Generation' adults were charmed and glad to hear them sing that they wanted to hold our hand. People want to enjoy life. The Beatles were very enjoyable back then.
