UPS to raise rates

Is it still inflation if the number of packages shipped drops by more than the rate increase?

that would be a good number to get, actual shipping volume, # of packages & the tonnage shipped.

anyway, yes it's inflation. i think people sometimes use the term "Stagflation" to describe the combination of price rises & economic contraction.
