No idea who this is but I stumbled across this article explaining the system and the puppetmastery going on. It covers an unusual amount of ground which I found surprising. It doesn't get into peak oil, although it practically covers everything but (somewhat surprising since depopulation is a big theme). I noticed the inaccuracy about the owners of the federal reserve so it's not 100% nonetheless I haven't seen an article that comes close:

I found it to be interesting right up unto the point where they said,

"They are bound by a blood oath to the Kaballah",

then I stopped reading.
