I'd actually like to see someone document their life in an offgrid doomstead on youtube. I'm not talking about GardenGirl and things like that, but a real bugout. But peakers are too paranoid to get up close and personal, which is why parody stuff like this exists. The closest I've seen to this is Garbage Warrior and they didn't really go over how they handle food.

there was a post about a middle-aged guy with a whole bunch of high-tech stuff. energy resources to power a small town. with corresponding video posted on Youtube, or some other video host.

not a day by day log, more a review of the energy infrastructure he had engineered.
