Mice Regenerating
This is pretty big stuff.
First: Mammals don't normally regenerate.
Secondly: This probably could be applied to humans. It probably isn't that large as a step from mice to humans than to worms and amphibeans to mice. (Getting to this step will be hard though...)
Third: It might also extend the life-span (for better, and for worse).
I find this to be absolutely crazy. People could lose a finger - be injected with cells - and have it eventually grow back.
It could mean people that get a damaged back - can regrow the nerve cells in the spine and be A-Ok.
CRAZY!
Well, I hope civilization doesn't end before 2050 or so in mass apocalyptic nuclear doom fighting for oil wells.
