Odd, the same percentage of American GW/GCC deniers, 69%, also believes the Earth is only 6000 years old and that all humans originated from just 2 people...

"Prepping" for anyone who believes Ras can simply consist of one body bag per family member, because their chances of surviving without electricity will drop off pretty fast after three or four hours.

Anyway, I'm sure they'll predict President McCain will cruise to an easy second term.

It's reasonable to bring the percentage of people who take a literal interpretation of the bible into this thread IMO. It is useful insofar as it shows how quite a large part of the population (of the USA at least) do not accept basic concepts of geology, physics, chemistry etc. These must all be rejected to believe that the world is 10,000 years old, that the grand canyon was created in the Flood and so on. If a large part of the populace does not accept such fundamental scientific concepts, they can hardly be expected to evaluate the pros and cons of climate science.
