Question on ENERGY RSS feeds-xml

Unread postby lutherquick » Sat 04 Feb 2006, 16:37:50

I'm trying to find "raw data" feeds in xml, as in RSS feeds.
Everything I find out there looks more like "news".

What I need is raw data on energy prices such as OIL, maybe stock values, gold prices, etc...

I'm not looking for real time, but the 20 minutes market delay.

I'm integrating this with a real time Flash GUI (digital dashboard with high speed animations) that will display meters, oscilloscopes (charts), some in 3D, maybe alarms that will send emails and make audio indicators... Eventually some AI scanning of news feeds as well for predicting price movements... for example, if "attack" AND "Iran" AND "us" are in the same line, alarms could be triggered...

The goal of this development is to finish a digital dash board like system that would aggregate and display news and raw data of anything that would effect oil prices. As important it would display historical data. But this will present everything so that a layman could understand it.
