When someone is pointing a gun at you, it really doesn't matter where they're from, does it? Would you feel better if the person firing at you was from the national guard, your local robber, or your local sheriff? I can assure you, bullets are all the same, regardless of who fires them at you.
And realistically, how many of those "invited" will participate, and how many of those won't be under american command, and how many of those will the adminstration allow anywhere near a situation that might generate bad publicity?
Seriously, I think we're *way* into low probability territory here.
