$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('TWilliam', 'T')he artwork is great flapjax, but just as an fyi, RE doesn't know folks here 1/10th as well as he likes to believe he does...

You might be right, TWilliam but he extended an invite to me when no one else has.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('flapjax', 'Y')ou might be right, TWilliam but he extended an invite to me when no one else has.

Oh I wasn't suggesting that you shouldn't make use of the opportunity he's provided; by all means do so. I was simply indicating that you shouldn't dismiss your own observations on the assumption that his characterizations are any more accurate than yours might be.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Plantagenet', 'W')ho is the other carrion-bird with Jack supposed to be...the one with the Castro-like(?) cigar and fatiques?

Eastbay
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Plantagenet', 'A')nd...does RE provide you with just the script or does he also verbally sketch out for you the nature of the individual animals and caricatures

RE provides a very desciptive script for me. The rest is chemestry.

Thanks for the interesting reply....Its fascinating to watch the creative process that you and RE have begun as the "Doomstead" comic grows and evolves.....and you and RE do seem to have developed some wonderful chemistry by working together on this. :)

The Doomstead Diner continues at http://www.doomsteaddiner.com. I hope you folks like it. It is the first in a series on Monetary System Problems.

Maybe I need it explained to me because it doesn't seem to make much logical sense. It seems like just several pictures all centered around monetary policy but not really connected to one another in a beginning to end sense. Maybe the 2nd part will clear things up.

The previous four can be found in the photos area. There is a link on the left.

It's easiest to read at its original size.

Hi, 3aidlillahi. The first frames introduce the items being recycled in the last frame. I think this is to show that what is happening in the last frame is not as transparent as would seem to most. That may have been RE's intent. Thats my take.

Good artwork, but unfortunately symptomatic of Peakoil.com these days. Very light on the peak oil content.

Great job on the new strip, flapjax---excellent caricatures. Bernake trying to fix the currency printer is great.

Looks like you and RE are hunting down possible connections between Fiat Money and the Fiat-Chrysler-UAW automobile company? Thanks again for sharing these with us here at PeakOil.
