A parallel peakoil.com?

Unread postby neo » Sat 16 Apr 2005, 21:02:45

Take a look at this site:
http://206.225.84.47/
It has different content than www.peakoil.com

You can get into the forums using the button on the left, and can even post, but what you post will only appear at http://206.225.84.47/, not at www.peakoil.com.

Very stange.

That IS odd.

How did you find it?

Even the articles and forums are different.

With the exception of a couple of posts, it's about two weeks behind.

Maybe it happened when they tried to change hosting services or whatever.

Anyway, it appears to be harmless.

You're right. I was just about to post the same thing; it's a little bit behind the regular peakoil.com, although I thought it may have been only a few days behind.

I just logged on and submitted something but it doesn't show - at least not yet. Strange.

What you didn't know is that the board you're reading right now is the Sandbox board. The other one is the Real Board. You can be nominated for inclusion in the Real Board if a couple of old-school regs PM Aaron or SmallPoxGirl or DomusAlbion and say they want you in.

So, be nice, and sooner or later one of us will give you a nudge.

Til then, have fun in the Sandbox.

This is the example of the parallel universe I was talking about a while back, where due to energy at quantum level causing dimensional disturbances the optimists are split from the pessimists :-D

Muhh wha hahahahahahaha....

it's the old server... about to go bye bye forever.
The problem is, of course, that not only is economics bankrupt, but it has always been nothing more than politics in disguise... economics is a form of brain damage.

ah yes the same elitism you so abhor cause you think it caused the current situation shows it's head here as well. in other words you are the same as bush and his crew.
for a place that claims to be for discussing oposing veiwpoints you seem to love a system that by definition prevents such discussion, so go hide in your elite only fourm. have fun as the real world passes you by.
Religion is excellent stuff for keeping the common people quiet.
