The mainstream media doesn't ever really report factual accounts of events, they mostly present their own interpretation and opinion for the purposes of dramatization and storytelling. They are just part of the entertainment business, so it shouldn't come as a suprise. IMO anyone should be allowed to say anything they like on TV, lie or otherwise, no need for more useless legislation here. It doesn't really matter, what's important is what one chooses to believe as true.

..but I can see why people say monsanto = monsatan !

Thanks for this link and your very perceptive thread title.

Many would post as being about Monsanto and Milk and Fox news etc. which is still one hell of a story. The really frightening issue is that they can do it with total fucking impunity, because it is not against the law. Hope those reporters have got a new job.

Sorry for the language but I've nearly broke my keyboard. Fucking incredible.

That is either from the documentary "The Corporation" or the other one about Fox News. It's been about 4 years since I've seen them so I can't remember. Both are great videos.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Jotapay', 'T')hat is either from the documentary "The Corporation" or the other one about Fox News.

It's from the former. It says so right at the end of the clip.

the media can sell the american people anything
just look at the monstrosity that is Obama, what a liar and a fraud. Yet the media spun him as some angel and the people sucked it up without any questions.

Always remember..

The purpose of the news media in the United States is to sell soap. I promise you they do not forget it.

Anything that'll get you to watch that commercial and buy Caesar's Soap is good. Anything that might make you think Caesar, or one of his friends, might not have your best interests at heart is not so good.
Yes, we are. As we are.
And so shall we remain; Until the end.
