$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Ludi', 'T')ruth is, you don't need to buy a million dollar house to live in Burbank.
Remember we are talking about "wealthy" people. You will notice I never said you need to buy a million dollar house to live in Burbank. Many people live in $400,000 2 bedroom houses that are less than 1,000 sqft on the west side of Burbank and don't leave their house after dark for protection but
nobody in the US would consider that wealthy.

')And you don't need to live in Burbank to live in the Los Angeles area.
You are correct. You could live in Compton, Wilmington, Ingelwood, East LA or many of the other towns with lower real estate prices. With lower home prices comes huge problems with gangs, drugs, graffiti, robberies, kidnappings, etc...
Or you could move inland where housing is "affordable" and commute 2 hours ONE WAY on the 10 freeway trying to get into LA to work.
