$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Jotapay', 'I')t's the loss of national sovereignty that I'd be concerned about. Remember when you guys fought to rid yourself of of being part of greater Russia? Finland has always had a very capable army.
That sovereignty is already lost and personally i prefer it that way instead of being left alone in the future. Being a part of Russia doesnt compare because we were a colony, not a member of a union. Small countries that a share a border with Russia will get bullied by someone no matter what. For us there is no such thing as neutrality. I'll rather participate in the decision making along with other human rights respecting democracies rather than take orders from Moscow. As for our army, our only military threat is Russia, we dont stand a chance alone. The days of the winter war are over.
