Slender and feminine and very cute, and she prefers white men. So gentle and sincere and pure of heart in her messages, it overwhelms me.

I think you won't be the boss in your own house - that's what I think. However, after the inevitable arguements, you will have to make up and that'll be fun with that kind of bloodline.

Davep,

Kudos. I met my wife in a nightclub after splitting up with my girlfriend as well. She didn't stick her head in my crotch on the first night however. If she had, I probably wouldn't have married her. I know I'm not that sexy.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('PenultimateManStanding', 'E')verybody's got a different take on this issue, but it's the biggest game in town. No kidding, it is right at the top of the list. Well, right up there with food and water and shelter.

That's eminently true, but for some reason this "game" gets relatively little airtime, at least not directly. We talk far more about food, water, and shelter than the ultimate purpose of that food, water, and shelter. I have those things in abundance, but just functioning isn't enough for me and never has been.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Heineken', 'S')o here I am single again, and 53. I'm in very good physical shape, however, and look ten years younger than my age.

I have money, and there are millions of attractive but desperately poor women the world 'round.

Meeting and coping with American women can be extremely difficult. They tend to have unreasonable or unfair expectations and demands. They tend to hold my age against me and my difficult history.

Sometimes I think, why don't I just fly to one of those "developing" countries, hang out, and meet and carefully court an innocent, gentle, HIV-free native, marry her and bring her back to the farm. Say a $10,000 operation.

Crazy? Maybe.

What would be the best countries? Any race is fine. Obviously the things to avoid are golddiggers, getting murdered or ripped off, etc. Potentially hazardous.

Have you thought about leasing instead of buying?

Haven't you heard? The credit market has dried up. No more leasing. Now you gotta buy and the banks are pretty tight. Of course if you can pull it off and manage the deal, it would be nice if the missus was pretty tight too. Just sayin'. If Madpaddy can say it then so can I.

At $200 000 this one comes with a steep price tag, but there may well be certain qualities of obedience that make it worthwhile :P

Only just seen this blu, and feel a bit miffed. I was genuinely trying to help, and not just talking from personal experience, but from observation of work colleagues and friends as well. I've met a lot of people who fall 'in sex' with a woman when thef first meet because of the excitement of a new relationship. Some make commitments at this stage because of either neediness or because they are looking at life through an over excited libido (we have another more immature and graphic way way of putting it over here).

5 is a pretty random number, but seemed to hold good for me and others I've observed. IMO it usually gets you through the initial everythings new and great stage to where you actually start to realise what the person you are with is like. This is even assuming that the person is being genuine with you!

I have seen years of anguish and sadness caused by mistakes made at the early stage of a relationship.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('blukatzen', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Quinny', 'D')on't make a decision till you spend at least 5 nights sleeping with her. If the sex is getting better then you might be on to a good thing. If its starting to get a bit stale then run a mile.
This is the dating style of 20 year olds. Sex is important, but it's not the decisive factor in building a relationship where much bigger decisions involving money and finances, step-children, (or possible children), elder care and other much deeper decisions have to be made. Sex is NOT the be-all and end-all of every relationship. You've just shown us your "maturity" factor here Quinny. :-x Blu

for the past five weeks i have been chatting with a young Filipina woman living in Mindanao. I'm planning to visit her in May or June, then apply for a K1 fiancee visa after returning to the States, assuming she checks out well.

all this typing has led to an attack of carpal tunnel syndrome/RSD, so for the meantime i'm typing with a pencil held in my moth.

my arms and hands are almost fully recovered, but i'm afraid to type normally.

many thanks to SeaGypsy for steering me toward the Filipina option!!

One of the best dating scenes I've ever enjoyed was in the Bay Area with the Sierra Club. The club organised friday night "Champagne hikes" just for singles every friday.
Bird-watching ("birding") is popular with women. Guys should cultivate a scholarly interest in big macho birds, eg. eagles, not the pretty little dickey birds. Have a large spotting scope.

Aside from "gold-digging" what would motivate a person to pack up and move from familiar culture and family to a foreign land?

What would you think of someone from your own culture who did that?

I know a guy who was an engineer with a major Japanese company - this kind of job is/was the holy grail in Japan. The company sent him to an English class taught by a Canadian girl... They ended up moving to Canada since life would be very difficult for a foreign woman in Japan.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'G')ay 'Marriage' in Israel: Worse than Holocaust - Will Cause Terrorism Warns Rabbi Levin
Says "far worse to allow the homosexualization of the Holy Land than to give back land to the Arabs"

By John-Henry Westen

BROOKLYN, NY, November 21, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - In an interview today, LifeSiteNews.com spoke with Rabbi Yehuda Levin, the Special Emissary to Israel for The Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada and The Rabbinical Alliance of America, about the Israeli' High Court of Justice's ruling today that homosexual couples married abroad will be registered as married couples in Israel.

Rabbi Levin recently returned from Jerusalem, where he represented over 1,000 Rabbis in a coalition of Christians, Jews, and Muslims who successfully stopped a homosexual WorldPride parade from taking place in the Holy City. He drew a link between the movement behind the parade and the 'marriage' decision. "My first reaction is 'I told you so, I warned you, I said this wasn't about a parade, it wasn't about an international convention, it was about the homosexualization of the Holy Land and by extension the Middle East," he said.

A THREAT TO AMERICA

The internationally respected Rabbi warned, "This is a direct threat to people around the world and especially the Americas." He explained, "Certain elements of the Muslim international community have been waiting to be able to point fingers at the relationship between Israel and America to be able to state that America has exported the worst part of Western culture to Israel as a portal to this section of the world - the Middle East."

"Consequently, I am fearful," he continued, "that at some point they will be able to defend their use of terrorism against American citizens throughout the world by saying that the ugly American has now exported their ugliness into the Middle East."

NOTES CHRISTIAN SILENCE ON GAY AGENDA IN ISRAEL

Rabbi Levin was critical of the slowness of Christian leaders, particularly in America, to challenge the Israeli leadership's support for the homosexual agenda. "I feel very clearly that there is a star-struck attitude on the part of Christian leadership when it comes to Israeli leadership," he said.

He noted that while vocal on the land-rights of Israel, several Christian groups have been slow to protect Israel from the homosexual agenda. "It is far worse to allow the homosexualization of the Holy Land than to give back land to the Arabs," Levin told LifeSiteNews.com.

"A SPIRITUAL HOLOCAUST" - "WORSE THAN A PHYSICAL HOLOCAUST"

Rabbi Levin stressed the severity of the situation saying: "There is something worse than taking an innocent person and exterminating them in this world, and that is when you take a person and exterminate him in this world and in the next world. You do that by bringing him into licentious sin. That way you are killing him, as our Rabbis taught in the Talmud over two millennia ago, you kill the person in this world and in the next world by bringing him into licentious sin whether its adultery, or other perversion or homosexuality, sexual sin. That is worse than killing."

While he stressed that this would never excuse any type of genocide or holocaust, he added: "Therefore on a certain level, even anti-Semitism that leads to the destruction of the Jewish people, is not the ultimate evil. The ultimate would be to take the Jew, or anybody else, and attempt to destroy them spiritually. That would be the ultimate holocaust."

My advice GREECE.

Young women there love "rich" ( or settled /landed) older men.

The vacation would be good for you as well. :o 8O

So... any luck here?
The problem is, of course, that not only is economics bankrupt, but it has always been nothing more than politics in disguise... economics is a form of brain damage.
