Why? Consider Calhoun, 1962, Population density and social pathology.

Rats, fed but kept in limited space, ultimately engaged in all manner of atypical behavior. No link, but Google to get lots of hits.

By the way...it will get worse.

Me, I'm getting serious about my pistol work, with daily practice. I recommend it highly.

From the sound of things, Gaza is a zoo.

Why build one anywhere? It was a popular place to bring kids, parents brought 'em there from all over the Strip. And soldiers aren't the most humane types even under the best of circumstances.

Curiously enough yesterday the Channel 6 News Zombies showed some adorable footage of lion cubs receiving vaccination shots in a zoo in, of all places, Israel. It was really messed up, the presentation that is. "How adorable! Look at them hissing in confused painful rage! Coming up next, kids setting off firecrackers in a dog's butt!"

What a propaganda piece.

They should have titled it "Evil Israeli Nazis murder innocent puppies and kittens."
But how the world turns. One day, cock of the walk. Next, a feather duster.

Goy is the singular.

The article raises questions on all sides....the actions of the Isreali soldiers (wrecking the place... sh*t everywhere) but also:

The lion cage is tiny... that is cruel. Also there seems to be little attempt to clear up/remove dead animals by the zoo staff...that is dangerous from a health perspective.

The lions that were shoot at were said to be loose. IMO I would not want to be a soldier in a battle with several loose lions around (OK, it seems that the lions were scared and trying to hid, but I still would not like to have them running around).

It seems that some of the deaths were due to wardens not being able to get to work and feed the animals (eg the foxes that seem to have eaten each other).
We should teach our children the 4-Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rejoice.

I sure hope you're a vegetarian. Otherwise this thread would be very hypocritical.

But, with obamas doubling their numbers in Kenia/Tanzania every 20 years or so soon there'll be no lions. Perhaps, these 2 lions were the last piece of their genetical puzzle, loss of which will doom their existence in captivity. Anyways, I haven't heard of people shortage, especially in Gaza, have you?

Could have just as easily been the savages in Gaza who shot the animals before they left to use it as propaganda. I put nothing past them. Savages......

If you're concerned about the well being of animals then shouldnt you be protesting at some slaughterhouse here at home? Im sure you admit that criticizing the IDF for killing animals is a bit far fetched considering how many animals we kill every day.

Im a little shocked that both of you are defending pretorians absolutely retarded comment but do as you like. Im sure those of us with a brain will condemn you for it.

And btw, do you not consider yourself an actual Finn because you're a Sami Finn?

As an aside, I have a mountain of admiration for the Finnish people. The recent history of the country is one of the most brave, if not the bravest, in the entire world.

I actually have two M-39 Finnish Mosin-Nagant rifles that were made around 1942, made from captured/purchased original Russian rifles and used against their former owners in WW-2. Amazing history. While defending their country, the Finns killed 40 invading Soviet troops for every dead Finn defender. After the Winter War, the Soviet general in command stated, "We have captured just enough land to bury our dead."

Did you know that a real "puko" (not a modern copy), your traditional knife, is revered by many Americans who study WW-2 history? They regularly sell for $350-600 here.

Nope. I consider myself an American with Sami Finn heritage. And I do support pro-animal causes. :) And I drive 55 or less so I won't destroy insect life on my car front window.

Aha i see. I thought you meant an actual finnish person. As in one that lives in Finland. -.-

And you do that, more to squash for me then.

(Before you get all high and mighty on me: Im actually a supporter of animal rights myself. Only im not hypocritical enough to actually blame the IDF for killing animals when everyone else is doing it)
