Apparently the definition I put up earlier is totally wrong ! Some clever so and so decided to have some fun with me !
From what I understand a company is supposed to be using Diesel fuel for it's power supply (a manufacturing plant), but has been using something billed as DNC oil instead. If this is just a form of Diesel then all is OK, if it is a heavy oil, and I guess therefore more polluting, then they may fall foul of the environmental regulator and face severe penalties.
It sounds as if RonMn was on the right track. Possibly the DNC could be similar to the Octane rating of Petrol ?
ANy help would be great
