The salary cap, IF it goes through, likely will not preclude stock options. So a $400k cap is symbolic.. they can add on huge expense accounts, and the vast bulk of pay in stock options.

Hello. Their companies are losing money. Unless the Options you give them are to sell their own company short, they will have a hard time making any money on the shares you give them options on. Far as expense accounts go, if they go so far as to limit pay to $400K, expense accounts would virtually dissapear as well. Read the article upon which the thread is based.
