I'm requesting you join my effort in suggesting that CBC's "The National" to do a 23 minute story on Peak Oil. They normally do a story like this 5 nights a week so maybe we can get peak oil in one of their slots some day. I far as I know no serious peak oil story has shown up in any North American TV broadcast and I don't trust any American station to do an honest job of it.

They have a link and a check box just for making this type of suggestion to them called "Your turn."

I forgot to ask you to copy and paste this CBC story request message or link http://peakoil.com/modules.php?name=For ... opic&t=884 to any other message boards that you feel it would be of interest and I thank you for taking the few minutes of time needed to make this very simple and IMPORTANT request to a great news outlet IMO, CBC News.

BTW if you don't have CBC television in your area you can watch it online and if we're lucky enough to make this happen with a lot more time of course I'll get Global Public Media to archive it on their website just as they recently did for the Coal Bed Methane Gas story.
