My home towns been without power today, electricity shoud be on soon, but there mightn't be any gas till after Xmas. My mums staying with me and was just setting off home when she heard about the problem. Problem is she's got guests on Xmas day and all her heating and cooking is gas. She could borrow my portable rocket stove if she wanted

My brother also came round to borrow a couple of my generators, and some drinks candles (home made) and tinned food.

My preps are coming in useful for someone anyway.
