Woooo corn!

Moonshine is awsome...as engine fuel. Last time I tried to drink that stuff my throat closed up and I wasn't able to breathe.

OK here it is; ingredients for about 1 pound of thin cut (carne asada style) beef:

3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 crushed garlic clove (I substitute 1 tsp+ garlic powder)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce

I use an Excalibur dehydrator which will dehydrate about 5 pounds at a time. Just marinate the beef at least 4 to 5 hours There are many jerky recipes but this is the one everybody seems to like best.
