I think it depends on your posts/persona.

If you advocate demise and doom vs change in policy, I'd guess the current paradigm could well target your posts and you.

OTOH, I think if you are one who promotes a new way of thinking about our many problems and suggest reasonable alternatives your stuff witt go by.

As I mentioned before, if you are on whatever fringe quit posting.
The legitimate object of government, is to do for a community of people, whatever they need to have done, but can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves -- in their separate, and individual capacities.

Lay off Matt! It's not his fault that the mind control potion injected into his bloodstream by the CIA is working. It's the CIA. They make good freaking mind control potions.

But seriously, the greatest risk of posting on websites like this one is that your employer will find out and fire you on the basis of your mental instability.

The moderators of this website try to prevent people from advocating illegal acts. If you're not advocating illegal acts, you're not going to run into trouble with the law, right?

If I were legitimately concerned about TPTB arresting me for what I post on peakoil.com, I'd stop posting and delete my account immediately.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('threadbear', ' ')I just find the back and forth between Matt and the guy on Survival Acres, high comedy. Though, it may be difficult for them to do, neither of them should take themselves too seriously.

Apparently, according to Matt, just noticing the conversation is an actionable event. Not being an attorney, I will take his word for it of course.

Could that be construed, reading between the lines from an official site moderator, as an official recommmendation?
