Personally I thought it was damn funny, but then ya should know that I have a pretty twisted sense of humor and I would have tweaked things to be a bit more "fair and balanced."
In addition to the McCain and Palen effigy, I would have added an obama figure dressed up in a superman type outfit with the letter "o" on his chest
but in a nod to bad taste, since many democratics think of him as a jesus type savior, and since many republicans don't think there are enought religious symbols around I'd have the obama figure dressed in a superman costume, put in a jesus crucifix type pose.
To round out the political satire, I'd have joe biden dress up as joe the plumber (basically the pose would be of a guy bent over so you could see the figure of a fat plumber type bent over with a butt crack showing, something like this...
and of course I'd include a sign from the fox news channel, with their tag line
BTW figure I'd start my own political poll to see how the doomer crowd would vote this year, figure many individuals who frequent this board are "Dang Ferigners" it might interesting to see how this demographic would vote.
