I liked at the 3rd question, when Barry Ausmus states that Peter Schiff is being bearish to suit his own book/agenda, and that such would only happen if Chicago got hit my a nuclear bomb. Of course, agenda or not Schiff is was on the money.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('oneplain1', 'I') predict a record cross over vote this November.
Democrats voting for republicans and vice versa not so much for the sake of the best person for the job, but rather who will be known for decades as the scapegoat for our situation.
from the current state of affairs.

Your post was interesting, but this statement is ridiculous. People are NOT that pessimistic - any person voting in this way will be in the absurdly small minority.

"any person voting in this way will be in the absurdly small minority"

I agree, but had briefly considered voting this way myself. This was on the basis that whoever wins the Presidential election will have little control of the catastrophic national troubles during his term, but he (and his party) will be largely held responsible for them by the masses, resulting in a big boost for the opposition by 2012. However, it now not only appears that events have preceded the election, it is not right to vote in this cynical manner.
