All of the candidates this year are terrible. I don't understand how someone can get so excited about one or the other to the point that they argue about it on the internet for hours on end.

Can someone explain the attraction to either side? Sway this undecided voter, I dare you.

Just vote Ron Paul. He is the closest to the original constitution we can get. Now that is the lesser of two evils! The creepos are even twisted on that! For the love of God they can not even get "the lesser of two evils right". They are weak and can not even make a hard decision if they tried. None are going to make one hard decision and therefore do not deserve an ounce of respect as a "leader". Idiocracy is here now.

Screw Ron Paul. It's over, holmes. Done. Finished. There's no going back to when the Ocean teemed with fish, when the land was fertile, when energy was abundant. Come on, give us one of your famous diatribes. I'm kind of feeling like I'm sticking my neck out here. You can do it, and as a pal I wish you would.

The fight left me long ago. There will never be one hard decision. The left and right will not make one hard decision and will be lauded. We needed to sacrifice after 911 instead Bush told us to go out and consume. This nation is bloated and we are declining. We manufacture very little or nothing of value. The drill drill drill mantra of the right is supposed to bring us back to the glory days. Unfortunatetly this mantra is being mostly driven by the baby boomers and the older generations whos brains are not advanced enough to find creative ways of doing things. They know no other way but the old ways. Palin is just another overbred overbreeding American woman. The right is spewing how she is so "country" and "earthy" and is tough and can live off the land. Pfftt. She could not carry the jock straps of my family and friends. She is carbon based man. Sure she is real earthy and tuff to most Americans who do not use their legs or arms. She is idolized by the atv, rv, motorcycle, boating, 4x4, hanging gut crowd.
I heard one of my co=workers the other day say "I ehard madonna is voting for Barack. Just becuase of that I have to vote Mcain".
That sums it all up in one sentence. We are done. America will never go back to its "glory hole" days. No matter what the two sides throw into it. And wind and solar and such are not going to keep it all going like the democrats say. They both are full of shit as are most humans. I have more on this topic.

Also when you start hearing all this morals and values talk by the leaders and their followers if you strip away the bullshit you will find it all comes down to materialism. The establishment is so entrenched now that their survival is dependent on the corruption and the status quo. And we all know it is a dead end this system. It is good for now and short term. Long term its is just another collapsed civilization. I just want the leaders to stop feeding us a bunch of bullshit and just speak the truth and hurt some feelings. Tell us all to sacrifice. I mean during ww2 they told us to grow victory gardens and sacrifice. Now it is to go out and consume. Nuff said. We are done. fini. The spewing from the right and left is just hollow nonsense. We will continue to go as is until we can not.
It is all a quality of life issue really.
and can you believe both sides are not even addressing the overpopulation/illegal immigrant issue. The most pressing issue that will face the majority of Americans. And it not even a top issue. The joes in this country are fools. The elite and wealthy do not care about the ones below and the issues they rant about do not affect us exept to take cash out of out dwindling paychecks. The president is a figure head for the corporations and the highly wealthy. The middle class and upper middle class and the so called "poor" in this country who do follow them and act as their henchmen are dopes. I think it maybe makes them feel important to sell thier country and fellow citizens out. Something about humans they do love to follow and be part of a ponzi scam. Theya ctually defend their own demise. Weird.

I clicked on this thread expecting to read a story about how you finally got potty-trained.

But in other news, good work I guess. A lot of it seems like a noisy drone that I can't get my head around. Maybe because I'm ignorant on some issues but otherwise it's all bad mudslinging.

Now Palin I am sure is not a bad person but I refuse to be fooled into thinking she is not part of the political establishment. She obviously is. So she will nver truly lead this country out of the hydrocarbon era. We need an entirely different breed of leader. And i think a few older generations rreally need to die off before any changes are made. There are just too many peoples survival dependent on this system. We have to keep building the easter island heads.

Think you got me mixed up with "whoops, I did it again" and what's her name. Why do the singers of your generation have that weird crackling voice like they don't want to just come out with it? Our singers belted it out Cat 5! Ball And Chain

No problem Bro! Things that truly will help us out as a society are not even being considered. Notice that? The selfish issues that are all about giving to the individual or individual conglomerates like "universal health care", entitlements, bail outs, defense contracts, etc... are talked about. So we are going to drill drill drill? When did we ever stop drilling? Real tough issues are never discussed. I also think Americans have become a weak and wimpy people in general. And the quality of life is not getting better. Spreading out resources thinner and thinner. But people are being programmed to except a worse qaulity of life in a shrinking geographical area. Basically idiocracy. eating goop, watching ow kick my balls inside a box. Outside a shit hole with angry people. It will get worse as we burn everything and anything.
Just enjoy these years as best you can and try and be happy! Thats all we can do. :-)

It's sorta absurd seeing so many election threads here, the relevancy of the presidency is nonexistent. It's like a weak and boring verbal version of WWF for adults, but unlike children this target demographic doesn't know it's fake, even among veteran members of this site. Massive failure of intelligence.

PMS your 'bolts got shafted big time. What a huge blown call, I'd about be eating my liver if I was a Chargers fan . On the bright side my boys pulled out a big-time win over the hated Iggles in what might be the most exciting MNF game in years.
