$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Ayoob', 'I')t looks like the lifeblood of our economy is drying up. What is the white American male's perspective on this issue? We've had the muslim perspective among others... what is the white male American's perspective?
The stereotype known as the "White American male" consists of many sub-groups covering a wide number of perspectives.
Arguably, the largest sub-group of the white American male stereotype is the group known as "Joe six-pack". Joe six-pack does not have original thoughts of his own, and world-view thinking is instead deferred to right-wing talk show hosts such as Rush Limbaugh or Christian evangelicals.
The title of "ditto-head" is often used to describe the phenomenom where concepts are programmed directly into a receptive white American male brain by first establishing a socially acceptable and politically correct channel. Once this channel is established, thoughts can enter the brain directly and are stored as "fact", relieving the recipient of the need to expend effort in critical thinking. When proper cues are given, these concepts are echoed back verbatim and the cycle is complete.
If you would like to learn more of this perspective, simply tune into one of the many right wing or evangelical radio talk shows.
