First off, why do you cite the cost? Americas social programs cost more, yet you dont cite those costs? I find it interesting your first point on the "travesty" of the war is the cost when we spend more elsewhere....
Secondly, to whom is it illegal? You do realize due to Iraqi violations of the law as set forth by NATO after GWI we had every right for military action dont you? Which means the war isnt "illegal". So why would you say it is? Are you attempting to throw emotion or rule of law into your argument? Why would you lie about the war on so many different levels? First the cost doesnt matter because we spend more elsewhere and secondly the war isnt illegal.
