$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')hat's right. There is no law that states that most average Americans must keep records, file a tax return or pay any money to the IRS. Only citizens of the District of Columbia and United States possessions. I am a United States citizen - not subject to their tax.

Wrong answer. Never say you are a United States Citizen. Instead, say you are a Citizen of the State of XXXX (fill in the blank).

But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:

Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

Jesus told us to promise (swear) to the Lord and only the Lord. To do otherwise is to put false gods before the Lord. Say nothing of account other than with an oath TO GOD. Everything in God's universe is voluntary, as is the choice of whom you serve. If you want to promise something, do it THROUGH GOD and only through God. There is only ONE path that is free; God's path. His love and light is the invincible shield of truth and law. Return that which is Cesar's but swear oaths ONLY unto God and be free.

It is true that it generally comes down to power and the use of power. That's what government is about. All governments are based on the use of force. Often the mere threat of force is enough to keep people in line. However, any power that a government, organization, or individual has only exists because others have given them the power. The power is usually granted for reasons of fear, laziness or expediency. When large enough numbers of people begin to withdraw permission for a government to act in their name, revolution occurs.

It is basically an individual decision whether to risk a possible negative result for a possible much greater gain - in freedom and in self respect. It is literally the same risk that the revolutionaries in 1775 took when they decided to sever the colonies' bonds with England.

Let me make this very clear. I am not a tax protester. I have withdrawn my permission for the organization called the IRS to have any power over the fruits of my labor. Any claim which they may attempt to enforce is bogus and criminal. I will fight them as far as it takes to protect my right to what I earn in exchange or trade with another entity. They have no right to it and that's final.

Life is full of risks. Freedom itself can only be won by taking risks. To exercise true freedom requires one to push against the bonds of slavery. Only then can we say that we have earned our freedom. This isn't a small thing. Each and every person must look inside themselves and ask the question, "How much is it worth to me"?

With knowledge comes responsibility. Once I know something I must act on that knowledge. I know that the IRS is a con game - just like the Fed. Once I know this if I don't act on this information, I become an accomplice in the scam. Remember when the concept of Peak Oil was processed in your mind and the implications became clear? This became actionable knowledge. If you didn't act on that knowledge then you would be living a lie. For some of us at least, that situation is untenable. So our behavior changes and our life is transformed as it pertains to Peak Oil.

My behavior has changed as it pertains to the IRS.
