Well I checked the ingredients of regular yogurt and fat free yogurt. Everything is the same even the sugar is same but non fat still tastes good.

Either I got used to the taste, or the additives are buried in those ingredients that I can not see.

Just the other day this picture was posted on another message board I frequent. Some of the more PC posters were whining about "context" and how we shouldn't judge -- maybe McDonald's is a rare treat for these boys. My immediate thought was: oh, so you're saying they eat Burger King 29 days out of the month and McDonald's is the odd treat?

The modern scourge of obesity is mostly the result of poor diets (refined carbohydrates in large quantities) and lack of exercise, but I think pharmaceutical drugs and insufficient sleep also contribute to the problem.

I thought the picture was amusing myself. At the same time, however, it is very telling of our society because you see it everywhere.

Those kids are skinny. You guys obviously have never been to Wisconsin.

Stevia. Thats the stuff i use. The Japanese have been using it for a long time now. Its a leaf from a herb or something.

I look for items with fat/protein. That is the good stuff. It fills you up.
lawns should be outlawed.
