I got a kick out of this statement
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '"')The burning question is when to sell oil companies and move back to banks.
Kind of like how everyone piled on to the stern of the Titanic before it finally went under the waves.
I don't buy the inflation argument btw, Inflation has been high in India and china for a long time and their markets peaked pretty much the same time as the US markets. I'm suspecting that with 300% to 400% gains in the last few years, investors have probably decided that its time to pull out their Asian profits to make up for their US losses.
As for putting their money back into the US markets, well the list of profitable sectors is getting pretty small these days. As a matter of fact I believe its now down to three
Energy
Agriculture
Miners
Put your money anywhere else these days is just catching a falling knife
