But didn't they add something to the dates of the previous "morning or evening" star dates to get the dates of the other terror attacks?

Were those numbers random (I didn't see them explained) so as to fit the scheme or is there some logic to them? And if there is logic to them, what should we be adding to June 9th to find out the date of the supposed approaching attacks on Paris, Berlin and Rome?
