Science is about finding the truth using the scientific method to unlock the mysteries of the universe. This is why I have faith in science. Science works. Religion doesn't.
You mean you find science to have the more robust explanation for the workings of the universe, compared to religion.
"Faith" to you, I take it, is definition 1. Confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing.
and not definition 2. Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence.

I think this thread is about definition 2, personally. So it seems odd to me that someone would come into this thread and say they have "faith in science." Just a semantic problem, is all.
