Someone lives in your house for a year, and you don't even know about it.

This guy is either incredibly simple-minded, or incredibly wasteful. However, he lives in a single-story house in Japan, so this isn't exactly a mansion. How could anyone not see this? Nonetheless, it makes for a good story.
