$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('bobcart', ' ') if we could go from driving wagons with horses at the begining of the century to landing on the moon 60 years later...

Who landed on the moon?

There is ZERO evidence to support this claim.

Hi roc,

Weeeelll, if you point a laser at the right spot on the moon you'll get a bounce back from a reflective array - it was left there by the Apollo guys for measuring Earth/Moon distances.

Also I saw the landing on TV when I was young so it must be true (grin).

Did you know the moon doesn't spin. The dark side of the moon is always the dark side from Earth's view. Interesting, huh.

Better check out those docking stations we can't see on the "other" side.

*Sigh*

This is the kind of thread that gives "peakists" a bad name.

Mainly because it's still working.

The russians would have left a smoking crater, the chinese one would have broken as soon as you'd taken off the wrapping, and the british one would have been very innovative but would have fallen off the launch-pad under its own weight.

We had two threads on this a while back.

We looked at video, photos, Rocc got mad, everyone made up.

Just a normal discussion.
