We've got the same thing going on. Mid april 1 foot of snow fell, the last frost was also 3 weeks later then normal. jump ahead 2-3 weeks and it's heat wave outside with the temps hitting roughly what the real hot days in August should do. My poor tomatoes are still inside because it used to be too cold now they'd sun burn too quickly since they haven't had enough time to harden off.
