The sheep are innocent!

Unread postby phaeryen » Sun 11 May 2008, 19:56:36

In nearly every thread I peek into, I find some remorseless brute raining on these docile, innocent farm animals. :(

Why we got to hit on them all the time? Its not like the sheep of the world are at the root of all societys ills. In a world devoid of oil, someone might think that wool, a commodity extracted from these fellows, might again rise in appreciation.

Defenders of sheep the world around, unite and rise up! The sheep are not to blame and must not bear the blunt of the hard times that are ahead.

It IS the sheep's fault. It's the sheep's fault that Bush is elected. What? You think people voted for Bush? No, it's the sheep that adore him.

I think Gurdjieffs enneagram was a system to study personality structures. Any resemblance to free energy devices would therefore most likely be coinsidental.

...

And the shepherd said:

"Don't listen to her; she lies!
The legitimate object of government, is to do for a community of people, whatever they need to have done, but can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves -- in their separate, and individual capacities.
