Some surprises in America's growing home markets

Unread postby Denny » Wed 07 May 2008, 23:24:02

I saw this at CNN Money

Who would thought you'd see the day when places like New Orleans, Scranton, PA and Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY show up on this list? The last three have median home prices in the just above $100K range.

Who knows, maybe next year we'll see Detroit and Cleveland make the list.

Lots of people thought it. Thats why hundreds of thousands of people chose to move out of California to settle in areas with reasonably priced real estate rather then getting trapped by the real estate bubble in places like California and Florida. :-D
