What's the objective, other than winning? Is it to keep as many silos/citizens as possible while annihilating the other side? Grinding it out and completely wiping out the population isn't cutting it, at least as far as getting a high score.

How annoying...hitting silos wins the game. It deprives me of annihilating civilian populations.
